Job Description
Our national law firm is seeking a mid to senior-level associate with experience representing clients in commercial real estate financing and investment matters. You will represent lenders in the origination of mortgage loans and other types of structured debt, handle workouts of distressed commercial real estate loans, and purchases & sales of commercial property. The group handles sophisticated CRE finance across CMBS, CLOs, mezzanine, portfolio financings, preferred equity and workouts, representing banks, funds, REITs and other institutional capital providers. It’s a chance to combine high-level finance work with one of the country’s deepest real estate platforms and get exposure across the entire CRE capital cycle.
- 4-8 years of real estate finance experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
Base compensation is $310,000 - $435,000max/yr.
