Responsibilities

  • Assist with and manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution, depending on experience level.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents.
  • Participate in case strategy, fact investigation, and client communications.
  • Attend and assist with depositions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and court appearances.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management and successful client outcomes.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey Bar, or recent law school graduate currently awaiting bar results.
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Prior civil litigation experience, including case management, discovery, and motion practice, is preferred but not required.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to develop as a litigator in a fast-paced environment.

Recent graduates hired while awaiting bar admission will have the opportunity to transition into an attorney role upon successful admission to the bar.
