Our client is looking to add an experienced Assistant Superintendent to their growing team. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in the field and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects, they want to hear from you.

You’ll take the lead on daily field operations—overseeing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, ensuring safety compliance, managing materials, and driving progress on-site. You’ll be the key link between the field and project management team, solving problems in real time and keeping projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Assistant Superintendent on ground-up construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and NYC building codes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Proven leadership and subcontractor coordination experience
• Proficiency in Autodesk Build, Procure, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
