They are based in the outer boroughs of NYC, and the sole focus of this role is to continue to build multifamily properties throughout the city. This role is for someone who has been a part of ground-up residential developments throughout New York City.
ROLE: Assistant Project Manager focusing on the construction of ground-up residential developments throughout New York City.
PAY: $80,000 to $120,000 on the base salary (based on experience)

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing subcontractor coordination efforts, sitting in on all OAC meetings, drafting meeting minutes, reporting up to upper management and key project stakeholders, working on all scheduling, budgeting, documentation and general project workflows.
- Track and report on project costs, timelines and upcoming schedules, ensuring alignment across all levels of personnel.
- Handle documentation processes including, but not limited to, RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, RFPs, etc.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, procurement, and project outlooks.
- Confirm the accurate completion and processing of project documentation.
- Collaborate with the Lead Project Manager, design and preconstruction teams, and additional key partners to ensure building compliance, and general building completion.
- 2+ year(s) as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or similar positions, helping lead ground-up developments throughout the state, with additional relevant experience previously.
- Experience helping to manage large, ground up projects (upwards of $50M).
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
- Proficiency in all major construction management software (including but not limited to, Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, etc.)
- Base salary of $80,000 to $120,000 (based on experience)
