Traveling Superintendent – Nationwide Big Box & Distribution Projects
A fast growing, high volume national general contractor is expanding its Traveling Superintendent team and looking for strong field leaders who can run fast paced remodels and distribution center projects across multiple markets. If you thrive on travel, autonomy, and managing several projects at once, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do

Lead field operations on Big Box and distribution center projects

Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality

Run 4–5 projects depending on workload

Coordinate closely with PMs and leadership

Maintain high standards while traveling coast to coast
Who You Are
-
Mid level Superintendent or Lead Superintendent

Comfortable traveling frequently

Strong communicator and field leader
-
Experience with retail remodels or industrial work is a plus
Compensation & Benefits

$85K–$140K base salary (depending on experience)

$50/day per diem
