JOB TITLE: Senior Project Manager - Owner/ Developer - Corporate Interiors
LOCATION: New York City, NY
CLASSIFICATION: Full Time – Exempt – Salaried
COMPENSATION: $150,000 - $170,000 base salary (depending on experience)
COMPANY OVERVIEW
An established and growing Owner/Developer based in New York City is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to support ongoing interior buildouts across corporate office and commercial interior spaces.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Construction Senior Project Manager will work closely with the Preconstruction and Project Manager teams through corporate office and commercial interior renovation work. This individual will be responsible for proper work delegation, complete project oversight, ensuring work stays on budget, on time and ensuring timely communication between field and office teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide overall team and project leadership.

Properly delegate documentation work, trade and vendor oversight, etc.

Oversee Quality Assurance/ Quality Control program.

Lead project meetings as needed.

Interface with tenants, architects, and consultants in coordination with the PM, PX and Lead Super
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Manager, working for a general contractor or owner's rep firm on commercial or corporate interior projects

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work on-site and travel to job sites throughout New York City as needed
