Position: Superintendent - High-End Residential Interiors
Client: Leading General Contractor / Construction Management firm
Compensation: $135,000 - $175,000
Location: New York, NY (ONSITE)
Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card ONLY

A General Contractor specializing in super high-end residential projects throughout Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have experience managing residential renovation projects in New York, with project values of $10M+, and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of construction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise on-site construction teams, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and subcontractors to execute unique and custom interior designs.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet client expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
• Oversee the installation of custom finishes and materials with precision.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their vision and address project requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in interior construction is a MUST
• In-depth knowledge of custom construction materials, finishes, and techniques.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple custom projects concurrently.
